Consultation costs are fixed, so you know the price from the start!

General consultations: $55 (weekdays) or $75 (weekends/public holidays). Medicare does not cover telehealth GP consultations for patients we have not seen in person in the past 12 months, so there is no Medicare rebate for general consultations.
Sexual health (STI testing and treatment, contraception, thrush, BV, herpes, premature ejaculation): $0 (bulk-billed with Medicare card).
Erectile dysfunction: $55 weekdays or $75 weekends/public holidays (private fee, no Medicare rebate).
Pregnancy: $95 every day (Medicare rebate: $47 refunded into your account – Gap: $48).
Mental Health Care Plan: $0 (bulk-billed with Medicare card). Currently only available for patients experiencing homelessness
Experiencing homelessness: $0 (bulk-billed with Medicare card).
Baby under 12 months: $0 (bulk-billed with Medicare card).

Private fees apply without a Medicare card or for non-bulk billing services:
General Consult: $55 (weekdays) or $75 (weekends/public holidays).
COVID-19: $75 (weekdays) or $95 (weekends/public holidays).

Partial Medicare rebates apply to some services, such as pregnancy consultations ($47).
Claims are processed via Medicare and you will receive a refund into your account usually within 7 days. We bulk bill every consultation that Medicare covers. Medicare only covers a telehealth GP consultation if you have seen us in person in the past 12 months or an exemption applies (such as sexual health consultations, babies under 12 months and patients experiencing homelessness), which is why general consultations are charged privately with no rebate.
