Colic is usually not serious and will go away on its own by the time the baby is 3 months old, however a thorough assessment by a doctor is needed to exclude other causes, such as lactose intolerance or other less common conditions.
- Stomach bugs: Stomach bugs are another common health issue in babies. They can cause vomiting, diarrhea, and fever. Stomach bugs are usually not serious but can cause dehydration, and may require fluid replacement.
