• Emergencies: for any emergency call 000 or go to the Prince of Wales Hospital emergency department in Randwick or St Vincent's Hospital in Darlinghurst. Telehealth is not for emergencies.

Bulk billing in Bondi

We bulk bill every consultation that Medicare covers. Medicare only covers a telehealth GP consultation if you have seen us in person in the past 12 months or an exemption applies. Exemptions include sexual health consultations, babies under 12 months and patients experiencing homelessness, so those consultations are bulk billed with a valid Medicare card. Yes. After a discreet consultation we send a pathology request to a collection centre near you. Results are reviewed by our GP and treatment can be arranged by eScript.
